Progress has commenced with the engineers calling tenders to build the next stage of Adare Grove. When planning for Stage 1 we concurrently obtained approvals for the next 9 lots which significantly reduces the lead time now for Council approvals to construct new lots. Land will be available in the new year. At the same time, we’re seeking approval for a further stage so that more lots are available to meet underlying local demand. Many of our residents have other family interested in joining us so feel free to contact us for any updates regarding next stages.
